Matt, Jamie and Chip talk about fun stuff.
Matt is a California native and has
been involved in independent and
commercial projects since 2000.  Matt
recently finished principal photography
on Eaton's Water, a film by Sally
Bower Levi to be used in the
Pasadena School System.  Other
recent projects include My Name is
Jason Scott and Dirty Laundry.  Matt
currently lives in Los Angeles and
enjoys the perfect climate by golfing
very badly.
Jamie and Matt are close.
Master cinematographer Alice Brooks
Based in New York and Los Angeles,
Alice Brooks had photographed award
winning features, music videos and
commercials in formats ranging from
anamorphic 35mm to HD/24P.  A
University of Southern California
School of Cinema-Television
Production graduate, Alice's work
includes The Hillz (Paris Hilton), On
the Couch for Paramount Pictures
(Bruce Davidson and Fisher Stevens)
and Pretty Dead Girl, an Official
Selection at the 2004 Sundance Film
Festival.  She just finished Spanish
Boots for Domenica
Cameron-Scorsese and is now in
post-production on the features A
Light for Greytowers, a musical,
Grand Juntion, a love story and Ten
Til Noon, an action film.  Alice is
represented by
Border/Webb/Chervin/Silberman
Agency.
Why'd ya take a picture of me?
Waiting for Silence was the second
time Chip and Alice worked together.  It
was Chip's directorial debut.  Since
Waiting for Silence Chip and Alice
have worked together twice.  Alice will
be working with Chip and Matt again
on Redemption Song and with
Overton Films on A Good Man Lies.
Nice hat.
It was easy.  I would tell Alice what I
wanted and she gave it to me.  At the
end of the shoot Alice and I were
happy with every shot but two...not
bad, not bad at all.
